NSB Flag Football, powered by NFL Flag, provides an organized and competitive league experience for players ages 4–14, centered on skill development, strategy, and game play. Athletes learn the fundamentals of football—including passing, route running, defensive positioning, and teamwork—through structured practices and weekly matchups that emphasize both growth and competition.
Designed as a non-contact program, the league creates a safe environment while still delivering the excitement and intensity of the game. Players are grouped to ensure balanced competition, allowing everyone to be challenged and continue improving throughout the season.
The season runs from December through February, offering a dedicated winter sports opportunity that keeps players active and engaged.
